Steve had been working for other Appliance Repair companies for years and years. In that time he talked to a lot of appliance owners and went on lots of repair calls. He knew he wanted to work with customers differently and he could only do that if he had his own Appliance Repair company. So in 2006, Steve struck out on his own and founded the company based on these principals:
